In 1950, late Mr. Henry Abeywickrama, stepped into Ceylon tea industry by nurturing acres of tea plantations in misty highlands in Sri Lanka. During his era, Golden Valley & Menik Valley tea factories produced high quality fresh tea products to serve the local market. At present, the family owned business has become one of the leading tea produces in Sri Lanka with mass tea production in New Laksa Kanda tea factory, Tea Lanka tea factory, Elain Super tea factory & more additions to come soon.
